Humphreys welcomes 50 new Jobs at Realex Payments

Deputy Kevin Humphreys today welcomed news that online payments company, Realex Payments is to open a new Dublin office and create 50 new jobs.

 

“This is fantastic news for the city and further strengthens Dublin’s reputation as the location of choice for the online technology sectorI am delighted to hear that this new office will be investing in learning and research development, and will see the recruitment for highly skilled positions.

 

“Positioning itself on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Realex Payments will be taking its place on Ireland’s ‘Silicon Docks’ , near other high profile neighbours such as Google. The technology sector forms a crucial part of the Government’s Action Plan for Jobs, this announcement shows that not only is this plan working, but that Dublin is attracting more investment as companies want to locate where global talent is converging.
